Throughout my career, I have primarily worked in the signage industry. As a result of completing my apprenticeship, I was able to gain valuable experience in different departments of the signage business. This experience was crucial in helping me develop a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

 

My time in the design department taught me how to create visually appealing signage that effectively conveys a message to customers. Additionally, my experience in procurement allowed me to gain a thorough understanding of the materials and resources required to produce high-quality signage.

Throughout my most recent experience in project management, I have had the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills that have allowed me to successfully oversee the entire production process from start to finish. My experience includes managing all aspects of the project, from brainstorming ideas with the team and creating a detailed project plan to monitoring progress and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

In addition, I have always been committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and tools that can help streamline the production process. By utilizing these newer technologies, I have been able to create a more efficient and effective way of working. This has not only resulted in a better product but also a more cost-effective process for the business.

 

One of my most significant achievements in project management was the IMO Car Wash Re-Brand project. I was responsible for leading the team through the entire process, from the initial design phase to the final installation. The project was a huge success, and it has since been used as a model for other projects within the business to strive towards. Overall, my experience in project management has given me the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in any project-related role.
